Will it ever email my tenant without me?
No. Drafting is automatic; sending is always your explicit click. The 'auto' setting only controls whether drafts are created for you.
What if I want different terms for one tenant?
Type it in plain English — 'keep rent flat, 6-month term' — or edit the fields directly. The AI only edits the proposal; you confirm before anything is created.
Where does the lease document come from?
Your own template (uploaded once, AI-tagged) or the built-in Florida starter. Values fill by exact substitution, never AI-composed text.
Does it handle rent increases rules?
Set a default percentage and term in Settings; autopilot applies it and the wizard lets you override per renewal.
