Frequently asked questions
Are these comparisons biased?
We wrote them, so read them with that in mind — but every page carries a 'who should stay' section naming the cases where the other product is the better choice, and several of these competitors are free or cheaper than us. A comparison that concludes we win every time isn't worth reading.
How current are the prices?
Every price on these pages was checked against the vendor's own pricing page in August 2026, and each page shows that date next to the figures. Published pricing moves; confirm before you decide anything.
What do you actually do differently?
Three things, consistently: AI reads your existing leases and builds the rent roll instead of asking you to type it; bank deposits match to tenants automatically, partial payments included; and renewals draft themselves ninety days out. Most of the rest of the category is comparable.
What don't you do?
We don't do trust accounting for property management companies, we don't syndicate listings across a marketplace network, and we don't answer your tenants' phone calls. Those gaps are named on the pages where they matter.
