What Wyo. Stat. §1-21-1208 requires

  • Return deadline: 30–60 days
    • 30 days After termination (or 15 days after receiving the tenant's new address, if later)
    • 60 days When deducting for damage to the unit. The base period extends by 30 days
  • Deposit cap: No statewide cap
  • Written itemization of deductions with reasons required with the balance
  • Tenant must give the landlord a mailing location within 30 days of termination
