What Wyo. Stat. §1-21-1208 requires
- Return deadline: 30–60 days
- 30 days — After termination (or 15 days after receiving the tenant's new address, if later)
- 60 days — When deducting for damage to the unit. The base period extends by 30 days
- Deposit cap: No statewide cap
- Written itemization of deductions with reasons required with the balance
- Tenant must give the landlord a mailing location within 30 days of termination
