What Okla. Stat. tit. 41, §115 requires
- Return deadline: 45 days
- Deposit cap: No statewide cap
- 45 days runs from termination, delivery of possession, AND the tenant's written demand
- Deposit must be held in a federally insured Oklahoma escrow account
- If the tenant makes no written demand within 6 months, the deposit reverts to the landlord
